Malta FFA returned home on Saturday from State FFA in Great Falls,MT. The chapter found a lot of success at state this year.
Starting with our Livestock Judging team who placed 50th at state last year came home with a 11th place finish this year. The livestock team consisted of Karlie LaBrie, AJ Marquis, Kayden Green, and Skylar Gilkerson. This team showed so much improvement over this last year!
The Horse team consisted of Karlie LaBrie, Kenzie LaBrie, Kallie LaBrie, and AJ Marquis. Last year at state the team placed 31st and this year they improved to 11th overall.
We also had a Vet science team and an Agronomy team who competed at State. Those teams consisted of Amanda Volk, Courtney Merriman, AJ Marquis, Lola Snell, Karlie LaBrie, Kenzie LaBrie, Kayden Green, and Taya Wilke.
AJ Marquis also received her State Degree this year. Only 2% of member receive this degree!! Over all we found a great amount of success at State this year!!
